Abstract

Field phenomics and statistical modeling for estimation and prediction of crop environmental response

Modeling crop environmental responses with the aim of estimating and predicting crop growth and reproduction in response to environmental responses and accelerating plant genetic improvement. We are developing field phenomics methods for crops that grow and reproduce in response to their environment and statistical modeling methods for their environmental response patterns.
